First splashing into Pacific Northwest waters in 1999 under the name Don’t Tell Sue, our vessel’s initial cruising grounds were waterways around Seattle and Vancouver. The second owner named her Seagate, cruised her in Alaska, then took her south to Marina del Rey, CA where she stayed until we purchased her in 2015, naming her Kama Hele (Traveler) and berthing her in Channel Islands, CA. It became a dream to return her to the PNW and explore the intricate navigable waters of the San Juans and Gulf Islands. Twenty years later, today she returned to the waters where she started.
